Send your Application
1.Fill in a questionnaire at the end of this page so we know how to assist. 2.Send through your application, business registration documents, Proof of Res and Tax clearance if you are registered, and let us know how you would like us to help you in the next 12 months via Email. Email to incubator@afrdevelopment.co.za
Application Approval
after receiving and reviewing your application, you will receive an email stating that you have been accepted for the incubation program for 12 months.
Pay Once-Off Membership Fee
After your application approval, we will send you an invoice with the membership fee and banking details. Membership fees should be paid by the closing date (30th January 2026).
Final Onboarding process
Our team will send you a contract confirming all benefits that are part of the programme. This will also include an information pack for you to know who you will engage with from our team. We will require a list of documents to be able to start doing the work for you. Our office will also send a schedule regarding how to request for projects, meetings & when we will report to you.

our Enterprise development centre will ensure that all the Tax types are in good standing as per the SARS regulations. Our Tax department will file annual, bi monthly and Bi annual returns to ensure no penalties & outstanding returns affect the operations of your business
AUDITING
Audited reports are required by your accredited bodies, we cover 50% of your auditing financial resources needs with a 4 months waiting period after joining us, with the incubation contributing 100% subsidy towards the preparation & compilation Financial statements.
CIPC & CSD
We prevent your entity`s/ organization`s deregistration by ensuring all Annual returns, share registers, director`s amendments and all required information regarding the changes of the business are up to date.
Brand Image Acceleration
Our divisions include graphics designing & web development. Our successful incubants gain access to branding needs benefits which will contribute to upscaling your market, enagaging traffic and sales conversions aswell as brand recognition by funders/potential stakeholders.

Our program categorizes incubants based on revenues generated per annum in entities, AFR STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT (PTY) LTD however, provides all criterias with a full inclusive membership benefit package to ensure that all your financial needs are covered. The Terms & conditions applicable is only the once-off membership fee from qualifying incubants required to cover Financial resources.
